Responsible Gaming

Play Smart, Play Safe with pt playtime

Online gaming is entertainment. pt playtime provides every Filipino player with the tools, information, and support needed to keep gaming fun — and to step back when it stops being that way.

21+ Only — Strict Age Policy Enforced

Our Commitment to Filipino Players

pt playtime was built for Filipino players who enjoy online gaming as a form of entertainment. But we also understand that gaming can become a problem for some people — and when it does, the impact goes beyond the individual player and into their families and communities.

Responsible gaming is not an afterthought at pt playtime. It's built into the account system as standard. Every registered player has access to tools that let them set their own limits, take breaks, and seek support — without having to request anything special or go through a lengthy process.

The goal is simple: keep gaming what it's supposed to be — something enjoyable done within your means and on your own terms.

Important reminder: No gaming outcome is guaranteed. No strategy eliminates the risk of loss. Gaming should never be treated as a way to earn money or recover past losses.

Healthy Gaming Habits

  • Set a budget before you start and stick to it regardless of results
  • Treat gaming as entertainment, not a source of income
  • Take regular breaks — set a time limit for each session
  • Never chase losses by increasing bets after a losing streak
  • Avoid gaming when you're feeling stressed, emotional, or under the influence
  • Balance gaming with other activities — family, work, hobbies
  • Use the deposit and session limit tools available in your account
  • Know when to stop — winning or losing, it's okay to walk away
  • Talk to someone if gaming starts to feel like an obligation
Responsible Gaming Tools Available to All Players

These tools are built into every pt playtime account. No special request is needed to use them.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how much you can deposit into your pt playtime account. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a cooling-off period.

Session Time Controls

Set a maximum session duration to get a reminder when you've been playing for your chosen period. The platform will notify you when your session time is up. You can choose to continue or log out — but the reminder puts you in control of the decision.

Cooling-Off Period

If you need a break from gaming, you can activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, your account remains accessible but deposits and gameplay are suspended. Your balance and account data are preserved.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a more permanent option for players who feel they need to stop gaming entirely for an extended period. You can exclude yourself from pt playtime for a minimum period of six months up to a permanent exclusion. Contact support to initiate this process.

Account Activity History

Your account dashboard provides a full history of your gaming activity — deposits, withdrawals, game sessions, and win/loss summary. Reviewing this history regularly is one of the simplest ways to stay aware of how much time and money you're actually spending.

Support Access

If you're concerned about your gaming habits, the pt playtime support team can help you activate any of the tools listed here, provide information about further support, or process a self-exclusion request. Reach out via the support email listed on this site.

Self-Assessment — Is Gaming Still Fun?

Take a moment to honestly reflect on the questions below. If you answer "yes" to several of them, it may be worth taking a break or reaching out for support.

1

Do you find yourself spending more money on gaming than you originally planned?

2

Do you keep playing in order to win back money you've already lost?

3

Has gaming started to affect your sleep, work, studies, or relationships?

4

Do you feel irritable or anxious when you're not able to play?

5

Have you borrowed money or used money meant for bills or essentials to fund gaming?

6

Do you hide or downplay how much time or money you spend on gaming from family or friends?

7

Have you tried to cut back on gaming but found it difficult to follow through?

Answering yes to multiple questions here doesn't mean you have a problem — but it's a sign worth taking seriously. Using the tools in your account is a good first step. Speaking to someone is the next one.

Protecting Minors from Online Gaming

pt playtime strictly enforces a 21 and above age policy. No person under 21 years of age is permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any form of gaming on the platform. All accounts go through identity verification as part of the KYC process, which includes age confirmation.

If any account is found to be registered by a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all associated balances may be withheld pending investigation. We take underage gaming very seriously.

Parents and guardians in the Philippines are encouraged to use parental controls on shared devices and internet connections to prevent access to gaming websites by minors. If you suspect a minor is using the pt playtime platform, please contact support immediately.

Strict 21+ Enforcement

pt playtime reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Accounts that cannot confirm the age requirement will be suspended. This is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of account history or balance.

Parental Control Tips

  • Enable parental controls and content filters on home internet routers and mobile data plans
  • Use device-level screen time and app restriction features on family phones and tablets
  • Keep financial accounts and e-wallets separate from family or shared devices
  • Have open conversations with young family members about online gaming risks
  • Monitor browser history on shared devices and discuss any gambling-related sites found
  • Report any suspected underage access to the pt playtime support team immediately

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Common questions about responsible gaming tools and policies at pt playtime.

Log in to your pt playtime account and go to Account Settings. Under the Responsible Gaming section, you'll find the option to set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Enter the amount you want as your maximum and confirm. The limit applies from that point forward. Any reduction takes effect immediately; if you want to increase a limit, a cooling-off period applies for your protection.

During a cooling-off period, your ability to deposit and play is suspended. You can still log in to view your account history and balance, but no new deposits or game sessions are possible. Your balance is preserved. At the end of the cooling-off period, normal access automatically resumes unless you request an extension or self-exclusion.

A cooling-off period is a short-term break — 24 hours to 30 days — after which your account returns to normal automatically. Self-exclusion is a longer-term or permanent decision. During self-exclusion, your account is fully deactivated and you will not receive gaming-related communications from pt playtime. Self-exclusion requires contacting our support team to initiate and has a minimum period of six months.

Yes. Any existing balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion can be withdrawn. Contact the pt playtime support team to process the withdrawal during the exclusion period. We will assist with the withdrawal without requiring you to reactivate gaming access.

Yes. The pt playtime support team can assist with all responsible gaming tools and provide information about where to seek further help. We encourage you to reach out via the support email listed on this site. If you feel gaming is seriously affecting your life or the life of someone you care about, speaking to a counsellor or mental health professional is a positive step.

Start by having an open and non-judgmental conversation with them about your concerns. Encourage them to use the self-assessment questions on this page. Suggest that they activate deposit limits or take a cooling-off period. If the situation is serious and they are willing, support them in contacting a professional counsellor. You can also contact our support team for guidance on how we can help manage their account at their request.
